6821 no announcements & destination screens are dead

7509 (while on loan to YW on the 3):

No working onboard announcements - upstairs display was just showing the time/date/system version, but the time was stuck on 17:08 throughout the whole journey.

Also, one half of the front doors wouldn't open, but I'd expect the driver to have noticed and reported that.
