It helps if you quote a fleet number and the route you were travelling on.

Don't forget, just because a bus has the equipment installed, doesn't mean that all routes are programmed in yet.

Seems a bit redundant if it's been happening to every single platinum I've been on in the last 5 days, over multiple garages

If it were just 2 or 3, I would've mentioned the particular fleet numbers
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters
Local Routes: 21, 89, 48/A, 12/A, 54/A
Semi-local routes: 80, 87
