20818 is a Fire Damaged Solo & is parked over the road with the scrappers (I suspect you mean Primo 20812 instead)
30488 E300 (not 489) - Accident damaged VOR
30824 B7RLE Royale (not 924) - Long term VOR
30884 B7RLE Long term VOR (Parked in front of 30824)

I just posted what I saw on the parking plan from last night that's all, they write the 3 last fleet digits not the whole 5 numbers which baffled me aswell!

It depends on which inspector has done the yard plan to be honest some write the full numbers some don't.

The Diamond website states Diamond value tickets are valid on the, 002, 4, 4H, 16, 16W, 29, 40, 42, 43, 50, 142, 226, 301, 302 and 401E only.
