I wonder how many other people have noticed this but if you look at the fuel fillers above the recess in the body work it has stamped Fuel then the fleetnumber which is kind of cool haha I did not really notice it until the other day

Do they have to monitor how much fuel is put into which bus?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Yes they do. Every fueler has to put into a computer on the pump which bus number is at the pump so it records how much fuel it takes

Just wondering who is the provider of fuel for National Express, I seem to remember it being Esso but may be wrong.

the trainbasher

@Dom I think that would come under commercial sensitivity

4266 fresh from paint shop the red used on front front of this bus seemed brighter than normal, the masking up on the window rubbers half arsed so much overspray every where, even masking tape left on here and there, seems like certain amount of rush job on this vehicle.

LS it,ll do only a ALX 400 Volvo no doubt it will spend its twilight years trotting around Walsalls side routes.

lmao.

it'll do for the only walsall persons

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Ive also seen a white tanker in BY and heading to AG.

Having used to work in a petrol station, I'm intrigued to know, how often does a tanker come to a garage ?!
