My brother spotted V313KGW on route training in Merry Hill yesterday...

I was going to come with them, but was busy dismantling MoovBoxes...

MoovBoxes?

They are the technology used to provide onboard Wi-Fi and GPS location tracking. Most of them are in the blind boxes

Would it not be more productive to publicise the new 22 service and hand out flyers instead?

There are more than enough people working at TGB to enable more than one thing to be done at once. They know my strengths and weaknesses, and set me tasks to play to them. The job I was doing was certainly productive as, when finished, will save the company a considerable amount of money

So are you employed with them now or is it voluntary? That is, presuming you're 16 now?

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Oh no, all voluntary. I don't want to be paid. I just go there to help out, when I can.

Indeed. I just find it odd that nobody knows about this new service. Marketing is non existent.. The 22 is a substantial investment / risk for TGG one would presume?

I am surprised they have not mentioned it on their Facebook/Twitter. I was going to suggest the use of their social media to the sales team, who I was working with, as they have over 1,000 followers on Facebook and over 1,500 on Twitter, but forgot

On the subject of Twitter, does anyone remember the name Rhys Hand? It appears he has taken an interest in an Inspector position at TGB... https://twitter.com/RhysHand/status/434072603188551680

Thats a bit of a come down, thought he was a director of a bus company or is that history?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

He still claims to be. He must be quite good at multi-tasking.

Trident 4609

Maybe he's actually a woman? ;)

Well you had 6013 who was supposedly a girl!

Back on topic. Some may be interested to learn that, whilst Tridents will be the main allocation for the 22, due to its curtailment at the Town Hall anything in the fleet may be used where required, yes that includes step entrance Spectras and Olympians

Thats interesting news Matt, it will be good to see TGB operating in the Black Country, i just hope that it is a successful venture.

The first I heard was that 108-113 would be intended for the 22, but it is likely anything from 108-122 (excluding 121) will be used

Trident 4609

Does that mean 101-107 won't be allocated whatsover or will any of these cover on the route?
