NXWM service to Aldridge from Kingstanding

Well NXWM can't provide links everywhere! And if there's someone that desperate to get between the two regularly they can get a pass for all operators, simple.

I agree with the latter. I think a 935 Sunday service would work, because I don't think there's a Sunday service in Streetly

True, but if you got a TWM bus pass then you dont wanna pay extra would u ?

I caught the 77 today - Walsall - Sutton Coldfield, I think it definitely warrants double deckers, it was 4129, and the bus was basically taken over by school kids. But at the same time I saw a B6LE operating the same route, going the opposite way, which makes me wonder  ???. Overall, there were 3 tridents and a B6 working the 77 today.

I also think an hourly service on the 77 and 935 would be beneficial, creating a 15 minute frequency between Streetly and Walsall

I was talking about on Sundays
The 935 and 934 don't have a combined frequency, apart from peak times.

Sundays WA need to introduce a 935E to Hardwick Arms

and 934 & 935 create a joint frequency between Bimringham & Kingstanding Early Peak Journeys, Daytime & Late Peak journeys. Just like the 934/935/997/997E/907/952 create a 10 minute frequency between B'Ham & Perry Barr

the 935 is every 30 minutes daytimes, while the 934/A are every 15 minutes combined, so it's impossible that the 934/A/935 can combine during daytimes

the 907 and 952 combine a every 10 minute service between Perry Barr and Birmingham
the 997/E is every 10 minutes also

I agree, I thought it was odd there was no Sunday timetable for both 935/77, they're both double deck operated so they must be busy during Sundays.

I think it would work as well.
There are 6 buses an hour (934/A/935) between Kingstanding and Birmingham.
But the way they are co-ordinated, you do get two 15 minute gaps.
i.e. 934   935   934A 934   935   934A
     1000 1007 1015 1030 1037 1045

935E journeys used to run on Saturdays, but they were withdrawn
If the 935E was reintroduced, it would create:

  • a 15 minute frequency between George Fredrick Road & Birmingham (935/E)
  • a 7/8 minute frequency between Kingstanding & Birmingham (934/A/935/E)

Thats not a bad idea if you think about it, becuase the 935/935E used to interwork in Birmingham so PVR wouldnt be a huge problem. Loads of passangers would benift froma 7/8 frequency on Saturdays. I carnt really see a problem with this idea really unless you (4504) can ?
