Well NXWM can't provide links everywhere! And if there's someone that desperate to get between the two regularly they can get a pass for all operators, simple.

I agree with the latter. I think a 935 Sunday service would work, because I don't think there's a Sunday service in Streetly

Then there's no need for a NXWM service! Diamond is cheaper anyway, right?

True, but if you got a TWM bus pass then you dont wanna pay extra would u ?

I think either WA/PB should introduce a NXWM service to Aldridge, and introduce 935 on Sundays

I caught the 77 today - Walsall - Sutton Coldfield, I think it definitely warrants double deckers, it was 4129, and the bus was basically taken over by school kids. But at the same time I saw a B6LE operating the same route, going the opposite way, which makes me wonder  ???. Overall, there were 3 tridents and a B6 working the 77 today.

I also think an hourly service on the 77 and 935 would be beneficial, creating a 15 minute frequency between Streetly and Walsall

935 works with 934 between Town & Kingstanding, so then Town - Kingstanding would loose its 12 or 15 minutes frequency

I was talking about on Sundays
The 935 and 934 don't have a combined frequency, apart from peak times.

Sundays WA need to introduce a 935E to Hardwick Arms

and 934 & 935 create a joint frequency between Bimringham & Kingstanding Early Peak Journeys, Daytime & Late Peak journeys. Just like the 934/935/997/997E/907/952 create a 10 minute frequency between B'Ham & Perry Barr

the 935 is every 30 minutes daytimes, while the 934/A are every 15 minutes combined, so it's impossible that the 934/A/935 can combine during daytimes

the 907 and 952 combine a every 10 minute service between Perry Barr and Birmingham
the 997/E is every 10 minutes also

I agree, I thought it was odd there was no Sunday timetable for both 935/77, they're both double deck operated so they must be busy during Sundays.

I think it would work as well.
There are 6 buses an hour (934/A/935) between Kingstanding and Birmingham.
But the way they are co-ordinated, you do get two 15 minute gaps.
i.e. 934   935   934A 934   935   934A
     1000 1007 1015 1030 1037 1045

I think personally
935 should work Sundays
WA re-introduce 935E saturday Daytimes to Kingstanding or Streetly creating a 10 mins freqency to B'Ham
934/934A - Remain unchanged  or PB introduce a 935E

935E journeys used to run on Saturdays, but they were withdrawn
If the 935E was reintroduced, it would create:

  • a 15 minute frequency between George Fredrick Road & Birmingham (935/E)
  • a 7/8 minute frequency between Kingstanding & Birmingham (934/A/935/E)

Thats not a bad idea if you think about it, becuase the 935/935E used to interwork in Birmingham so PVR wouldnt be a huge problem. Loads of passangers would benift froma 7/8 frequency on Saturdays. I carnt really see a problem with this idea really unless you (4504) can ?
