There was a 54 reg dennis trident heading for Walsall Garage which has had some of it's panels replaced and tidied up ready for repaint it might have been 4613 but not totally sure as it had no fleetnumber and only saw the reg quickly.

BC or WN? I know 4606/8 are both being done atm so was it one of those you possibly saw?

No, as they are both already in for repaint.

The Trident reported by Ash was heading towards Walsall Garage, not away from it, and was presumably in TWM livery, so wouldn't be 4608

No i am just saying that it should already be back at WN garage by now as it went in same time as 4607 which has been back at least a week so it should already be done now

I expect BN will report it as having returned in the next week or so

Quite likely to be 4608 which was being done at WB. So if seen repanelled would be on its way from WB to WA

Good point. How long should it take to repanel a Trident like 4608? As it seems to have taken quite a long time.

I thought a repanel, retrim, repaint job took 3 to 4 weeks, i think thats what Tony has previously said anyway

John

Spotted a freshly repainted Trident on Park Street this afternoon, maybe heading back to Birmingham Central. May have been a 43** one, but too far away to see the fleetnumber properly, as I was standing on Moor Street

I remember the reg being BX54DD? so it's likely it is 4608 and it was by Tame Bridge station so would have been coming from WB.
