Hi, apologies if this has already been said (being from Dundee makes it hard to keep up to date with WM) but what single deckers are in for repaint? Plus, where do CV vehicles go for repaint?

Repaints from Coventry go to Walsall, the same as the rest of the NXWM fleet

No problem.

About single deckers in for refurb, The only two I can find reference to in the past 2 weeks are 1642 and 1796, but there may be more

The physical repaint takes a day. Then there is the rubbing down first and the applying all the vinyls stickers and notices when it is finished. All NXWM buses have a full external overhaul replacing any badly damaged panels and filling dents in any minor damaged panels. This is what takes the variable time trident4609 refers to above

The ex-cov omnilinks at Perry Barr have obviously been repianted, but how come some still have coventry adverts inside?

These just had a quick partial repaint with the blue overpainted red. Nothing else.
