I doubt it because then Diamond would be completing with their own selfs because the 192 also goes through Hagley as well. More likely that the 25 would go via Cookley and/or Kinver.

the route  the 25 would take leaving hagley is a different one to what the 192 takes. and if the 25 did go that way , the 192 could just serve west hagley not hagley village that would make it like the old 192 /x92 route when it went to Birmingham. which would make journey time faster.  donot think as you suggested the 25 would go via cookley and kinver  would make journey to long . I might be wrong . just going on the old days when there used to be 2  Stourbridge service  1 going  the one way and the other going the other.   which I think had change before you where born
