Last time I was at PN, 4031 & 4066 were the only 2 deckers there and they were/ are parked at the far side. Are these new additions and any others which have arrived at PN parked next to them or by the sides next to the singles ?

Both, there's a row of 5 buses (4 x Presidents & 4128) at the very bottom, the 4191, 4 x Presidents & 4138 parked down the side after the two Mercs
