2128 on 61/63 this evening, is that unusual?

No. Its on 61/98 board, from doing a 98, 45/7.

I thought so, thanks LS. I could see the running board was quite large so thought it might have been on an all day board, but I had a feeling the 61/63 gets a plastic in the evening.

Why do people say things like bus a being plastic.

Surely all buses contain some kind of plastic?

Modern buses must surely be feeling discriminated against?

All opinions and onions mentioned on here are mine and not those of any employer, current, past, present or future, or presented as fact, unless I prove it otherwise.

Not as such unusual but a board on WA89 that is usually a B7RLE operated has now started to be allocated tridents. Has the 89 gained an extra double decker now alongside the current double deck operated boards?

Yeah its a big board though, late nights and all.

Are you being serious?

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

A 43** trident came in on the 63, and a B7RLE displaying private hire after 5 minutes became a 61. Do all 61/63 become a B7RLE in the evening?

As far as I know the only routes to become all B7RLE in the evening are the 24 and 957.

Although I wish all evening routes would be single deck PR bring back the stair doors to make double deckers single deck!

Have seen a President (4109) out on the 35 to Birmingham this evening.  It is very unusual to now see one of these on a YW route into Central Birmingham.  As they are not permitted to the terminus at Selfridges (Centro SQBP) would it be turned round at St. Martins and sent back out?  (Bus was destinated as a 35 to Birmingham City Centre).

4098 made it out onto a 3 a few Saturdays ago, I saw it in the morning, and it was out all day. That used Carr's Lane like normal for the 3, I think the edge of the emissions zone is in Digbeth, by St. Martins. So it may have done the full 35 to Moor Street
