4144 on the 11E

Spot of the year?

Since when did BC do short workings on the Circle?

I was revenue checking on the 11 all day and didn't see this!

Depends where on the Circle you were revenue checking, if it only did one short working it is likely you missed it

There is a far more likely reason why I missed it. Central did not do a 11E is the main one

4144 has been seen working an 11E, and I can't imagine AG would have a Trident on loan. I would be interested to hear your alternative explanation

So much commotion over a rare working  ::). Maybe he meant 2114?

Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Checking Tony's fleetlist, that is at WB! So would certainly be unusual

Could 4144 have been on loan to BC?

4144 is a BC Bus Stu ;)

start again, Could 4144 have been on loan to AG?

I did see 4144 on the Small Heath Bypass this morning around 10:30 Not In Service heading back to Garage while I was on 4901 'Chloe' and I don't usually see a Trident on the Bypass Not In Service around 10:30 heading back to Garage whenever I'm on the 10:20 900 to the Airport

This isn't the first time a Trident has been on a AG Route I know I seen 4180 on the S1 a long while ago but that was when 4180 was at YW I think
60 Birmingham - Cranes Park

It was a definite trident, it was around 9.35am, short working to Harborne according to destination display but it didn't terminated at Harborne as the passengers kept getting on Harborne Lane. I could've travelled on the 4144 however I didn't because of the Destination display and 2 buses it came at the same time as short workings and second bus terminates at Selly Oak so decided to catch that one.

4144 cannot even display 11E on its destination!

Clearly a Trident, if not 4144, now can

why would BC be running 11A/C/E journeys ?

Its highly unlikely that BC run on the 11.

Only known BC to do an AM 966 Journey, which at the time I thought a branded 966 was on loan to AG, Didn't know they did anything else

From my knowledge they do runs on the;

9
49
966

And there is another couple which I can't remember.

Short 71 working from Sheldon to Solihull :)

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

It does a few trips around afternoon peak time if I remember rightly, you know what the 50's like though, it can probably turn up at any time
