4769 on the 311 the other day

What day and time was this?

There used to be a double decker school working from schools at M6 J9 up to Wednesbury which could then easily go off onto a peak X51, 935....

The 17:05 working from dudley-walsall

A decker working to Bradford Place? How is that possible? The route to the garage involves a low bridge that deckers can't possibly go round

(sarcasm intended)
LOL :D
It wasn't having fun on the motorway island on the edge of walsall

Running boards now indicate the line of route buses must take to / from depot at the start / end of service. All running boards tell buses to travel between Bradford Place and depot via Caldmore Road, down to the Arboretum Lights, past Walsall College and then right up into Leamore. Double deckers cannot be allocated to routes on 34 / xx running boards covering 34 / 38 / 39 since the 38 line of route is under that bridge but in theory can to 4 / 311 / 313.

I suppose the problem is that you get a driver with a double decker, arrives at Bradford Place Really late, decides to try and regain some time going back to depot the quicker way and volia, a new single decker for the fleet.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Maybe to give the E400's a rest off the 900/57. I also think PN 246 should be operated fully E400 on Sundays

Another potential problem with Bradford Place, is that for some reason the Wednesbury Road seems to be closed quite often for one reason or another. By not being able to use Bridgeman St, a double deck would be very limited in what diversion route it could take to still serve Bradford Place.

I saw 1864 the other yesterday on the 115. I don't know if this is THAT unusual but I work right by those stops and I've never seen an Omnilink on the 115.

I've seen a few B10Ls on there a while back and also a Toothpaste OmniLink, any single decker is unusual on any Sutton Lines service. Good spot
