4769 on the 311 the other day

What day and time was this?

There used to be a double decker school working from schools at M6 J9 up to Wednesbury which could then easily go off onto a peak X51, 935....

The 17:05 working from dudley-walsall

A decker working to Bradford Place? How is that possible? The route to the garage involves a low bridge that deckers can't possibly go round

(sarcasm intended)
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

But, due to the way buses are parked in the garage at night and the order they need to leave in the morning, you usually get Hybrids turning up on the 24 with Tridents on the 22/23 at the same time
Hybrids used to appear on the 24 but nowadays it's good to see a single hybrid on the 24 daily M-F and that is before the school holidays.

Yes, it does.
Ok, before the Ramadan, I used to run regularly to Five Ways in the morning busy times and I haven't seen a single trident on 22/23 (apart from the report that I made 3 months ago). However these routes really packed of pupils at Harborne metropolitan and Bartley Green schools but still haven't seen tridents.
Speaking of this route, these are also my local routes alongside 24.

Haven't really been paying attention since the school summer holiday timetable kicked in but there are typically 2 to 3 Tridents on the 22/23 every Monday to Friday, these are typically peak hour boards and don't necessarily run all day. There is one peak board (passes Harborne baths at around 8.05 ex city) which is always a Trident. Typically this frees up maybe a couple of Hybrids to work the 24 on all day boards. Tridents are less frequent on the 22/23 on Saturday but do sometimes still appear. So in short, Tridents on the 22/23, albeit usually only a couple of buses are common allocations in the week.

Well, I was proven wrong then. I apologise, I wrote what I saw. Thank you for your input!

No worries, Tridents on the 22/23 come and go, it's not often they stay on all day. New E400s are also starting to creep onto some of the peak boards in lieu of Tridents.

1767 was on the 4M today.

Also 4296 was on the 5 in WB, is it unusual for an ALX to be on there rather than the branded presidents? (I don't know this route so can't tell)

One B7RLE on the 4 isn't particularly unusual.

I don't know the 5 either but from what I can tell it gets Presidents, Enviro200s and Mercs (bit of an odd mix!) so I'd say that is unusual

2124, 2135 and a third B7RLE on the 24 this evening!

4826 on 120 (after being on the 244/276 the other night)

5511 on 22:40 126 from Digbeth

A 42** on the 5 happens a few days a week and are not that unusual, Geminis are more common than ALX400s. An Enviro200 on the daytime 5s are quite unusual now.

Does seem odd having 3 B7RLE's on the 24. Having one on there is common but 3 is unusual, Maybe a couple of buses broke down? (Probably unlikley)

4556 on WN 25/7 (Very odd for a sunday). Usually B7RLE operated. Thought it was 4541 (BL53 EDU) but actually turrned out to be 4556 (EEU)
