This photo (Not Mine) of PB gives quite an insight into the garage considering most of it is out of view.

Im assuming the 4 openings on the left side of the building is were the vehicles enter for fueling

The three on the far left are for the pumps/bus washes. The right hand one leads into the main parking hall

In 1978 I had a school visit there, I recall we had a bus trip around a training track, I'm assuming this would have been in the north of the pic where the student accomodation now sits. When was the land sold off, presumably the training centre was based there at the time.

Yes it was. I have uploaded a map of PB from the 1985 open day looking south-ish it shows the training circuit behing the depot

4505 on the 16. At the time of writing, I must say, I will miss these when they're long gone. In my opinion, I feel as if the earlier Geminis have aged better than later examples (ahem, *4700s*) - one for the 'Oddities' thread, the wheelchair bell - which usually activates Wrightbus's famous siren - is instead replaced with a comical slide whistle effect - if you will... 4505 emits a subtle, yet distinguished sounds when changing gears..

All in all, a sensational journey. 4505 must be one of my favourite B7's in a long while! :D

Not sure why but at 13:09 there was 2 33s behind each other (4850/another 33 branded) and the next 33 was followed closely by another one at 13:45 which were Crimson 4844 and 4855 which both departed within 30 seconds of each other.

For anyone interested 4853 is currently on Victoria Square with a camera person filming it for something or other

4811, on the 16, has been driving past multiple stops. It's in service. There's no more than 5 people on board. I'm on 4243, the following bus.

It's probably late and the following bus is picking up. Happens plenty of time on the 11. Or the driver in front doesn't get on with the one behind lol.

On the 11, if everyone's late, but not being adjusted, the front bus would skip a bunch of stops and then start picking up to clear the way ahead for the second bus, if you understand what I mean.

I get it. :) Thanks for that, it's just a bit of annoyance to the average passenger, I guess.. ::)

Would be better for the bus to show unload only. At least that way the passengers don't think the driver is just being ignorant & missing them on purpose.
