Regarding the OmniCitys on the Suttons noted lately. There used to be a 907 board that went onto the 904s before the August changes, I don't know if it still does, or if it a school bus after doing its school run. There was another one on there this evening, plus you usually get a B7TL of either body and an OmniCity in the PM peak/Late night buses too

Did the 16 last Saturday on 4824 (if I remember correctly). Such a good route! Full Enviro thrash!

I shall always have a soft spot for the B7TL's... The Trident E400s are decent replacements, I guess - not my first choice, but is there any other? 16 is a good route. Quite village-y between Handsworth Wood and Hamstead, but definitely the best links throughout the City Centre...

My grandad used to live in handsworth wood. I love the 16 route. I did used to enjoy getting gems and b7tl.

I even had a b10l on there, when they were at PB, very rare

Problem with the Volvos on the 16 is they were just sluggish up Hamstead Hill.
Best NX buses to have been on the 16 were Hockley's Mercs, they beasted up that hill

Speculation. Not from a very reliable source, i.e. my brother. Told me there was a Crimson Omnilink on the 101 yesterday? Anybody see this?

Yes 1875 was on the 101 all day, looks like a couple of buses were invisible yesterday

7022 on PB904. I know the driver on it and I can tell you...he wasn't happy! 4938 apparently packed up.

Still on atm. 18:30 leaving city at Lancaster Circus.
Bet that was fun during the school rush

Don't think one person would have made all that much difference.
