:-X@WestMidlandsTravels how is a Platinum on a platinum route noteworthy?
Because it's a 68 plate platinum. So I thought it would be noteworthy.

It doesn't matter what reg it is, an unbranded Platinum will be used on all Platinum routes

6835(?) was on the X2 this morning now with new style next stop announcements, I notice there are a few differences in what it announces as well, e.g it announces "Dovehouse Lane" instead of "Jaguar Land Rover".

There was also a Pershore Rd Branded E400 on the 889 this morning as well.

A Trident on the 877 came into Solihull Town Centre this morning as well - though the school it would usually serve was closed today it seems, it came into Solihull Town Centre completely empty with nobody on it at all, it usually looks very overcrowded.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

Quite a few of 23/24 Platinums now have the new stop announcements, Also why aren't the hybrid announcement facilities being used? Did somebody loose the manual or something

23 was introduced in the early 1970's originally terminating at Woodgate Valley South, later extended to Field Lane, In the mid 1980s evenings and Sundays were extended to Kitwell as 23A, In Osctober, 1986 the 23 was extended to Wood Lane (23A Withdrawn). The 23 then changed to it's current route last year.
The 24 was originally a 3, it became 103 when it became the Centrelink bus, it became 24 in the 2000's

Thanks @Steve3229vp
Now I just have the question of why the hybrid announcement facilities aren't being used

I've also noticed one of the MMC at BC doesn't seem to have any next stop announcements fitted at all.
I've forgot which one it is now, but its either 6836 or 6838. It was on the X2 today - 14:20 from Solihull I think.
I've caught it on the Coventry Rd and University services multiple times now and I've not seen the next stop announcements working on it yet.
