What are all the Pershore Road branded buses??? I believe they are E40D's (E400's). It is only the non compliant Y-TOH Trident 2's that have been withdrawn or dispatched to other garages @MasterPlan

Weve gained two double deckers (4928 / 29) but lost a lot more double deckers.

I notice single deck 29s bulging in peak times. As also on the 63.

Surprised BC haven't gained more 43** YW tridents. How did the 49 cope with single deckers?

What was 2152 doing this afternoon @Tony? It came into the City Centre via Jennes Road at about 16:10, very overcrowded with a full standing load, then left on a 98E to the QE Hospital?

Just been told its on a board that operates dead to Chelmsley Wood, goes onto a 14 to the City Centre and then goes onto a 98E to the QE Hospital, so is booked B7RLE.

4132 is on the X70 today. The driver called a passenger back on 4132 in the City Centre on the Priory Queensway he came back, punched the assault screen and screamed "Stop showing of" at the driver repeatedly and he then went back upstairs. The driver turned the engine of and told him to get of, but he never did and decided to carry on in the end. Going onto the Aston Expressway he came down and asked to be let of in the middle of the Aston Expressway, the driver told him "No and your going to have to take a seat", he stood there all the way to Bromford repeatedly asking to be left on a pressing the bell, once it got to the 11 stop by the Fort just before it goes under the M6 bridge he asked to be let of the driver said no and you never paid your fare, you must think I'm stupid, just walking on without paying and then asking to get of were your not allowed to" so he tried to press the emergency open button (he pressed the wrong one and couldn't work out how it worked), he got of at the 1st X70 stop in Bromford on Bromford Road looking rather lost and confused when he got of as he wanted to go to Saltley/Nechells on the 55/94. He boarded 4525 on the 11C, again without paying his fare, but this time the driver didn't say anything. He was acting rather dodgy and unusual onboard. He then followed me of 4525 at the Bromford Lane, Old Bromford Lane stop, then looking rather lost confused and unsure about were he crossed over and walked down the middle of the road on the grass on Bromord Lane.

If you are going to pull up a passenger and switch off the engine then see it through, dont back down.
If you are just going to give up and drive he will expect this again.
Press the emergency button and talk loudly on the radio mentioning you want the POLICE.
A tip I use is to call the garage tell em the situation and whisper on the radio to tell control to say to me 'The police are on the way and will be with you in 5 minutes' and then turn the radio volume up LOUD.
Also to try and get the other passengers on your side by saying 'You are holding up all these people who want to get home'
Most frustrating thing is when another passenger interferes and offers to pay for the culprit.
