Someone allocating buses at BC today has gone to a lot of effort today.
The Pershore Road almost has a full set ot 46xx Tridents
The Bristol Road has most of the unbranded 44xx Tridents
The 14 is 100% 41xx Tridents!
The 60 is 100% Enviro 400
The 24 has no 400s but does have 6 Hybrids on there

Only nipped out briefly today but noted 4154 on the 22/23. When Tridents do appear on there it tends to be on Saturdays.

That would probably everyone's favourite day who live on that route.

Liberator9

Not for the passengers (or me! ) - much rather have a Hybrid on there than a Trident.

As someone who does live on that route: a bright, airy, quiet new bus with masses of upstairs legroom, or a 14 year old vandalised box. I know which I'd rather travel on.

I'd have more comfort in an ALX400 rather then a rubbish toilet seat, quiet nice to see old buses on the routes of the new buses, I like the allocation of BC buses sometimes.

B5 seats are standard NXWM spec seats, just a different style moquette.

Is the 14 supposed to be 41's only?

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Yes, amazing how people slag new buses off for false reasons!
