Caught 6827 at the Square Peg at 19.30
this evening (waiting for a bus there in itself is a grim experience), only to be told to get off as the bus was taken out of service because the change driver failed to show up.

Instead caught 6831 on the 24, which entails a longer walk when I get off. With mentally deranged / drunk passengers roaring and shouting random obscenities, and the entire top deck smelling of dope and sounding like the soundtrack from a Grand Theft Auto game, it was a timely reminder of why I usually tend to take a taxi rather than use the bus, other than commuting for work.

It's little wonder that bus patronage is plummeting. By and large, it's a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

6947 is scrolling the via points individually across the display on the X22 for some reason. Don't know why. But I think they looked better static.

Glad I wasn't the only person who noticed that.

Scrolling was used across all garages 5 years ago I liked static a lot better.
More useful for Passengers featuring all via points.

One of BC's long time missing buses, 4880 is back out this afternoon on the 94/95.

Passed a fresh MoT today after having a serious RTC back in November

6904 (I think that's the fleet number I just saw) potential transfer to BC, just saw it go down Adderley Street

No, on it's way to Walsall (via BC) for a tidy up of the paintwork after the 50 branding removal left bare metal. (6897/8 & 6901 have already been done)

How long still does 7501 have, would've thought most of BCs e400s have been done now but clearly wrong

Must obviously take a long time but I didn't think it would take that long
