Well they appear to be on the 126 and 59 more than the 1 latley ;)

Especially 5512! I can't remember the last time I saw it on the 1, always on the 59 or the 126

1758 was on the 34 at around 6:45pm unusual as it interworks with the 38 the b7rle's can't fit underneath the bridge when leaving Walsall on the 38 service. So must have just been put on the service for the evening.

Today I saw a B7 ALX on the 33, I think it was 4278?

Yesterday, 99% sure 824 was on the 297. Also 3602 was on the 49.

Today, 5512 spent all day on the 126, again! Also, by the evening, 1-branded E400H 5415 had joined it. 4802 was on the 120, and 554 on the 297.

Beat you to 5415 by hours ;D Only joking Matt :)

Wonder if NE would consider a fleet of Hybrids for the 126 if funding was available?

Yes, when I rode 5510 on the 126 the battery mode came in quite alot

Strange that, I would have thought the 126 was actually quite a quick route and didn't really stop all that much (maybe just because it's been a while since I've travelled on it and I forgot what its like)

The 126 has some quick running all day but its still stop start stop start for most of the day, ive never done early mornings but i know sunday nights in particular passenger use is low and the traffic lights are kinder so you just cruise and in the case of some Tridents, screaming all the way home :D

The bridge at Bradford place is 10.6

Volvo B7RLE is 11.4
Scania is 10.6

The air conditioning tank prevents B7RLE going under the bridge

Yesterday in Wolverhampton

2063 on the 59 all day

5510 on a 256E to.Kingswinford! (First Hybrid on the 256)

Strange thing was 5510 was on the 59 and it pulled into the station (It was around 18:10-18:15) the driver pulled it into the 255/6 stand got out and got onto 4557 which was displaying 256E and drove it out of the station. Then 5510 went out as a 256E. Then straight behind came a full 256

Sunday service on the 126 can vary with Start-Stop traffic. Sometimes the bus can just thrash flat out and on busy sundays you can get stuck in queues at traffic lights.


If you catch the 126 at peak times the start-stop trafffic can be just as worse as routes like the 1,59,529.which are start-stop routes good for hybrids

Do you mean 4764 on the 29? Not possible to work the 39 with it interworking with the 38.
