4861 on the evening 934E, alot of the 51 branded enviro's seem to be going off route is this suppose to happen.

Doesn't the 51 & 934E/935A interwork in the evenings?

There are 15 PVR 51 running boards. And 12 branded buses.
A lot of 51 running boards interwork 934/935A about 5 running boards. it's hard for the allocator to keep non branded vechile a on theses boards.

Exactly...

Perhaps it may get a bit stricter in the next couple of weeks when the bus lane enforcement cameras begin? They may also be recording other breaches at the same time?
