I believe that Tridents on the X51 is quite regular.

Usually Gemini/Enviro normal workings, anything spare in garage, usually tridents,  peak workings.

In other news, 48xx Enviro on the 10A spotted in Walsall not too long ago.

It was 4812 and it would have been the 1510 from merry hill to dudley
