Route Branded Buses off Route

I saw 4048 (route 5 branded bus) on the 89 just a bit ago

Has it been completely re-branded then after its accident repairs? Or was the 5 branding just on the back?

it was dark and I couldn't see it but I saw the side branding and the top back window also
it may have 4046 I'm not to sure now I think about it

4046 is at Acocks Green. Was it the passenger side of 4048 you saw OH25?

Do you know when you saw it and where it was? 4046 is an AG bus, used to be branded for the 1

it was by the Tesco in Ladywood on the way into town about 5:30ish
