Cutting the dead wood is a generally good approach. The issue at Wednesfield will be the fact that many of the overhead costs are the same regardless of how many buses you have running out of the depot, cutting back marginally unviable routes you then make previously viable routes unviable.

To be brutally honest though, to use the wood analogy, there isn't a lot of wood left at Wednesfield, let alone much living wood.

It's astonishing in a Centro round for an operator to bid and win absolutely nothing, the prices submitted must have been way, way out across the board.

The 12/13/17 are very hit and miss with loadings

Arriva are dead in Walsall after withdrawing of the 334 and 9 they lost passengers. There 310 and 65 have no passengers on them from Wednesbury to Willenhall so Arriva are dead and buried in Walsall.

What do you mean 38 withdrawn again it was withdraw at the beginning of this month although Kings Hill Is not far from Darlo Bus Station where the 39 goes to the Manor Hospital

The 38 was withdrawn on July 24th. 2 months ago.
