4085 at WB on the 83

I thought Presidents didn't comply with the new emission rules

They are classed as 2 separate routes running every 30 minutes. They create a combined frequency, but they are 2 completely different routes, it's different with the 127-9 or 140/1 because they have more in common.

The 140/1 obviously don't interwork though (with the exception of one peak 141 in the morning going onto the 140/241 later), so I think Mercs would be allowed on the 140 or 141

Might be a co-incidence, but 1523 was parked at the depot today not doing much. Couldn't see if the ticket machine had been removed.

This was a rumour a while ago, before the Hybrids arrived at WN, it was rumoured that they wanted BC & WN to just have one type of Hybrid at there garage, however it never happened.

Its got full connector bars so I'd be surprised if it had a retrim during that period?
