4880-4 are all leaving for Coventry soon. It has being said before that transfers to Coventry are not refurbs, just a front end repaint, as the case with 840-4. I expect the 483* batch of Enviro400s on the 21 to be refurbished and repainted first
Remember the Enviro 400's are a year older than the E200's. As 4871/2 have already been put into crimson, I can't see why it would be a problem making 4881-84 two tone blue.

But 4880-4 are 18 months newer than 4830-42 and 4871-2. Surely older vehicles would be treated to refurbishment first

But this never stopped the PB Enviro 400's going before the CV ones (Which still are no closer to repaint) did it?

They are still the same batch of buses though. One month difference in entering service. I'm comparing 4830 to 4843.

That's why I'm saying the 483*s at Coventry will probably be the next Coventry refurbs

It just seems more logical to make the 488*'s two tone before they come to Coventry with the low proportion of two tone buses and the fact that soon enough, they would be up for refurb anyway.

Thought I'd ask. Thanks anyway.
Don't judge me until you've walked in my size ten shoes.

They won't be refurbing 3 year old buses anytime soon, there's a big long list to complete before those hit the queue

Coversation hopping - Is 4936 still at PB?  Haven't seen any report of it transferring to BC yet

Surely we don't need a running commentary about when you see the same sodding bus...

Its a transfer and it had not been mentioned on the forum that it had transferred. I've not posted any other post about seeing it, the timings show which terminus it was going towards plus what journey it operated for anyone who may be looking for it. Its not running commentary about when I see it. I've seen it more than that today.
