Just to ask, is there no chance at all that Omnilinks will move to WN

About as much chance as there is of PE getting some.

My hope is that PE get some of the earlier B7Rles from AG.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

If Pensnett get Scanias allocated to them,  I'll eat my laptop!
Question is @the trainbasher will you actually eat it, remember a politician recently saying that he would eat his hat if the exit poll was correct at the general Election.

That, as they say, will be revealed on Trainbasher TV...coming soon!!

All opinions and onions mentioned on here are mine and not those of any employer, current, past, present or future, or presented as fact, unless I prove it otherwise.

Just because one Scania broke down, doesn't mean they're all bad - every bus has its occasional issue. They've got a good chassis/engine - prefer them to the Volvos.

7024 just arrived at PB (literally in the last two minutes!)

Why? Many of the B6 operated routes see Tridents anyway so shouldn't be a problem.

Good to hear - assume the 7XXXs at AG will move to PB; could they replace 1837-1847 which could move to WA - would be a better allocation as would mean PB have the ex CV batch and ex Dundee batch then (i.e keeps numbers better grouped together).

Chris2301

Are all 34 scanias leaving AG?

Liberator9

Yes they are - 50 Enviro 200 MMCs on order, and there's around 50 single decks there at the moment. Straight swap.

7*** series for perry barr
Split the rest between PE and WB (kills most of mercs off)
Half the b7lres for WN to finish B6s off
Other half to CV

Maybe?

That doesn't look to far off from what I can make out. Fair to say the mercs are seeing their last days.

Are omnilinks going to be used on 48/49/53?

I would hope not, seeing as the 48 is fully double deck

I thought the B7RLEs at Walsall were likely to go to Dundee - meaning a lot of the E200 MMC (say 35) would, via a complex cascade replace the older Volvo single deckers at Dundee?
