Compared to NX, why doesn't Diamond go in for 'traffic notices' on the vehicles, when services change?

I don't recall ever seeing any on the buses, over the years I've used your services.

The only notices I've seen lately, have been for the £3 price cap.

The reason I ask, is someone in our warehouse uses the 57 to get from Ashmore Park to get to work for 2pm & I gave him a copy of the TFWM version of the timetable, as your version doesn't have Ashmore Park listed as a timing point.

He wasn't aware there was going to be a change, and the driver didn't mention anything, so he didn't know until I told him.

Similar, with the 326, I mentioned in the queue today, that the service was changing again, & no one was aware.

(You may argue, they should check websites occasionally, but NX manage both traffic notices & website notifications!)
This is something we can be better at.

We do issues notices, but it is sporadic.

Simon - I was on the 326 earlier, and our driver stopped at the Rose Hill stop(next one down from Tyler Road) & someone at the stop asked the driver where the 57 was.

Driver replied that it was round by the Lion Hotel(slightly incorrect, as it was John Street, by the old police station!).

Passenger replied, that no one knew, there was nothing on the stops.

Driver replied that 'we've had to work it out ourselves!'.

@Simon Dunn the 17:55 1 just left Kidderminster bus station at 17:51. Supposed to be no more than 1 minute early I thought?

Hi Simon I was on 40828 today on the 17 in Burton and it had a very bad crack in the top deck window at the front I informed the driver and he didn't seem bothered about it and I said you should be as it a safety hazard if it broke and someone could get glass in them.
