I was told that you have decided to take the sprinters off 22 because they are not fit for the route.

I have not been involved in any conversation around doing this.  Who has told you this?

Simon - Any idea when the 57 & 326 changes starting Monday are going on the website, as TfWm have surprising beaten you to it on this occasion?

(Afternoons will slightly affect me, as it will depend on what time I get out of work.

Dare I risk the 715am 326 from Bloxwich again, to get to work for sitting at my desk in Willenhall for 8am, so theorectically I could get the 1617 departure from Willenhall back to Bloxwich?)

Hey Simon,

I hope the driver and passengers onboard 20015 on fire were all okay and managed to get off safely.

I know it will take some time to discuss with mechanics but do you have any idea on whether 20015 will be repaired or whether it will be withdrawn due to the damage?

The vehicle will not be repaired.

My apologies if you've been asked a similar question in the past - however, is the open top at Kidderminster ever going to be operating in normal service again? I was thinking about this and, if safe to do so, the 292 would be perfect with the stunning views over Clee Hill.
Local routes are the PN 7, WN 8, 25 and 242 (mainly the 8)
Also regularly use the 17

I leave it to the depot, to use as they see fit.

Another question for you.

Compared to NX, why doesn't Diamond go in for 'traffic notices' on the vehicles, when services change?

I don't recall ever seeing any on the buses, over the years I've used your services.

The only notices I've seen lately, have been for the £3 price cap.

The reason I ask, is someone in our warehouse uses the 57 to get from Ashmore Park to get to work for 2pm & I gave him a copy of the TFWM version of the timetable, as your version doesn't have Ashmore Park listed as a timing point.

He wasn't aware there was going to be a change, and the driver didn't mention anything, so he didn't know until I told him.

Similar, with the 326, I mentioned in the queue today, that the service was changing again, & no one was aware.

(You may argue, they should check websites occasionally, but NX manage both traffic notices & website notifications!)
