When it was at WB it inter worked with the 127 and 128, at PE it was standalone.

It did interwork with the 12 and 13A when it was the 13B I'm pretty sure.

I'm talking about when they was the 12*. Not the newer format. 
The 13B was the 129 and the 13A the 127 which was both PN operated.
The 12A and 13 operated at first at they was both WB operated. This is before the joint operation.

But in old money the 127/8/9 interworked in the WB days, then the 129 went to PE in 2015 and stayed on its own.
