I assume all NXWM routes have NSA prepared.
No.

If you Google Ibus you'll find it's a lot more than NSAs

What is the difference between the 4M and 3 to Merry Hill I may have to go to Merry Hill next week and plan to connect through West Brom as there is a choice of 2 buses and I won't have to sit on the 4M from Walsall for over an hour. But not sure what the difference is or which is quicker

There are a lot of differences. Why don't you just look at the route map?
The 3 goes to Lion Farm, Rowley Regis, Brickhouse Farm, Saltwells Rd etc 4M takes the more direct route & goes to Cradley Heath Station
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

The 3 goes through more areas such as lion farm, rowley regis, Brickhouse farm and a few others compared to the 4m going a more direct route via whiteheath, Blackheath, cradley Heath & the rail station alongside quarry bank
