I will pick this up with the depot.

1.  What do you mean by RPI's?
2.  Where have you seen this happening?
(1) Revenue protection inspectors
(2) 4, 16a, 42 & few other routes.  It's mainly the none English drivers who refuse to challenge low life fare dodgers

We have a team of inspectors.

I see daily reports on findings.  Where we receive journey data, we review CCTV, and where we find failings we take appropriate action.

I have sent your comments to our revenue inspectors and I have asked them for feedback.  If you have any specific journeys within the last week.  Date/Time/Direction, etc - I will get the CCTV reviewed.

Thank you.

As these are the first vehicles being registered by Custom Denning, they have sent the vehicles off to DVLA to be registered.  We expect them to be registered anyday.

I have checked.  I am advised the service is being affected at present by 2 road closures and a large diversion.

Yes, Willenhall is a pain in the bum at the moment & now they've suspended the stops from the Dale stop all the way to Portobello along the westbound direction in addition to the eastbound direction!

Think you'll need recovery on 20921 @Simon , as he's broke down in the worse place in Bloxwich, Bell Lane traffic lights!

Something to do with the handbrake!

No problem.

By the way, just got to Willenhall Lion Hotel, and 20016 is parked up with its bonnet up!

You're not having much luck with the Solos at the mo, are you?

Hi Simon

Hope its OK to ask this question. I see from your comments re Electric buses for Burton that " this commitment means that we have also invested in new infrastructure at our Burton depot to support the operation of electric buses moving forward."

Successful bid delivers more green buses - Staffordshire County Council Newsroom

Does that mean Burton will have an electric substation or equivalent that allows for future electric buses to arrive without the need for further work on the local grid. i.e that Burton would have the potential to go full (or more) electric without any further grid upgrades? I ask in the assumption that any further upgrades to the power supply could add extra delay and expense whenever it was to happen.

20161 has had a new display fitted at the front it works fine but half of it looks like its gonna fall through it hasn't been fitted properly.
