21204 - front destination not working , side and rear ok.  15004 only shows Worcestershire on Demand when working in Bromsgrove area - which if course is better than a blank display ! 

I will pick this up with the depot.

1.  What do you mean by RPI's?
2.  Where have you seen this happening?

(2) 4, 16a, 42 & few other routes.  It's mainly the none English drivers who refuse to challenge low life fare dodgers

We have a team of inspectors.

I see daily reports on findings.  Where we receive journey data, we review CCTV, and where we find failings we take appropriate action.

I have sent your comments to our revenue inspectors and I have asked them for feedback.  If you have any specific journeys within the last week.  Date/Time/Direction, etc - I will get the CCTV reviewed.
