I know the 70 is busy but there main priority is making sure big buses are on the school boards plus the 74 & 828 apart from the last board that comes out for the 74 which is allocated randomly as its the last bus that leaves the depot so whatever is left. Only thing non of us can understand why 169 is constantly on the 62 when the 62 doesn't need that size of a bus and with it being euro 6. We know why its not used for Walsall which we get but dont understand why its not used for the 74 & 828
74/828 seems to get the most share of all the oldest unrelaible / unsuitable stuff most of the time. Mind its doing well this week both new evoras seem to of done 4 days in a  row , will they both make it a full week for once though, deffo a  tool for the job them evoras are, a nice bit of kit. Being a heavyweight too i would think they will be good reliable workhorses for the interurban scene. How come 169 cant be used on Walsall, its only a dinky toy size,  and prob more suited to the lanes rather then the full size heavyweights.

Its opatre. They like the left but put no lock on the right so 169 literally has to reverse mid turn to get out of Walsall bus station same with 799 😂. I wouldnt say that about the evoras tho. 639 is already having electrical faults and door faults. Plus 1 downside to the evoras is they are shocking on fuel consumption. 641 on the pye greens currently has just over 1/4 tank of fuel from being out since 5ish this morning. B7's would be still on over half a tank

144 is the only one of the 3 with decent right lock so 144 can get out fine

Nice to see Chaserider awarded the 5 full time and taken over from banga and the 70 and 71 moving into the Bus station in Wolverhampton.

Just a shame the 71 still only runs into Wolverhampton till 2pm and doesn't on Saturday which would be nice but never mind can't have it all

Do you have a link to that please? Or can you tell me when that starts from?

EDIT: It's okay, found it now, 16th May:

Glad they've taken over the route from Banga. However - based on National Express trying it years ago, the evening service and Sunday service won't keep time now it's going around Dunstall. 30mins is too tight especially with the Sunday timetable unless they're planning on using 2 buses which I doubt

The new inbound evoras are for the 74 as Staffordshire council are paying for them. Be interesting to see what will come for the 5

Edit - thinking about it i wouldnt be surprised if they are used on it

I thought the Evora's were for the 828 as the 74 was going to run separately? With the Centrebus group  investing massively in new/newish buses lately I'm sure chaserider will benefit with newer reliable buses soon

they cannot seem to keep the 2 new ones on the 74/828 circuit as it is,  both missing again today

Banga will presumably continue to operate the X5.
