It's meant to be euro 6 as the bus off the 3 is used on the 5 to codsall, also i believe bus 144 is euro 6

Only 1 bus brokedown on the 3 which was 182. 144 was sent to the driver of 182 to carry and told to drop his 2nd trip which 166 came out to cover so there was no lost milage. As for 670 on the last trip, that is apart of the running board as the 2 buses switch over. I'd check your facts before posting. Also the 3 & 5 are not euro 6 tenders

I said 4 buses were used today, didnt mention lost mileage ( although there was about a 40 min delay or so) and said "i thought" it was euro 6. So if you want to get technical....

Bob

Theyre having a bad day today, loads of breakdowns. 144s been in walsall bus stn since lunchtime, just driving back from work and 192 broke down on 62 right on the junction in hednesford blocking the lane, been there 2 and a half hrs, just came out of aldi and its finally getting put on a tow truck. They must be really struggling for buses atm. At least 3 had to be took of pye greens today to cover other routes

Noticed today on one of the FB groups d&g and centrbus have taken delivery of some new e200MMC's so perhaps once they hit their allocted depots that might release some more old solos and e200s for cannock perhaps. Passing through Lichfiled earlier i seen one of the usuall route 36 orange & blue mcv eveloution Volvos on the 828 which seems pretty rare allocation too.

Its not as rare as you think. Mainly now 630 does the 74 & 828 when its out as its knackered. 631 & 632 tend to be the mains on the 36/36A as they are reliable (to a degree)

Bob

They must be desperate cos theyve got 148 and 162 on the 74/828 today... looks like 748 gave up about half 8 this morning.  I mean, at this rate are they gonna be able to have enough buses to cover services....

Bob

ActuallĂ˝ no they havent....copied from Cannock Chase community fb group.

What a mess

Pye Green buses limited service none available  for service..One goes into Cannock then back the other way. (11.30am today..Friday.my husband has walked into Cannock after waiting by the Cemetary...Bus Inspector in the bus station has just given him the information)

Still less than there should be, think its 4 buses maybe 5. Total s#itshow of a  company. 17 y.o 26 seaters on interurban services thatll probably break down anyway lol

makes sense then as the 74/828/826 circuit does seem the dumping ground for all the old unreliable knackers. Went on that manky old 2 door e200 bone shaking thing the other Saturday to Stafford, jeez wot a crock that is to put on a  long interurban route! Was a nice [route 60 ]evora on way back tho which was a nice bit of kit :-)

I will admit I wish the evoras came out sooner than what they did as they're suited for most things and so comfy to ride on as a passenger
