If Tony is saying in his previous reply that all the signatures are in place - which will be for the 'legalities' surrounding the additional power supply to the garage - then I would expect the remaining balance of electric buses to start arriving over the course of the next few weeks.

It has been a very long and overdrawn process, some of these vehicles have been sitting patiently in storage for nearly six months now.
