The Walsall-Hednesford 907 was operated by ordinary metrobuses i think, not sure whether it interworked with the 301? The 906 from Walsall-Pye Green was operated by Nationals and interworked with the 302. There mustve been some walsall routes operated by DP Nationals though, as the garage had an allocation of them. Im sure they ran on the 901, I think ordinary nationals ran on the 906/302 as the 302 was a standard bus route. At some point in 1987 the 951 was revised, the Bearwood part dropped, and it was extended from Bloxwich to Cannock. Does anyone know when the 907 was axed?

And its good that the X31 has been saved  maybe theyll change the route

Cannock to Walsall services were so much better when TWM/NXWM ran them and so much cheaper than Arriva! I wish theyd come back :-(

Certain times of the day it goes in and out full, 930 & 1030 from cannock & late afternoon from Birmingham usually. It will probably either be axed or taken over by another operator. Maybe MPD darts could be used for the quieter journeys

Hope midland dont operate it, their crap clapped out darts & solos wouldnt make it on to the motorway! Also NXWM wouldnt want it as they obviously arent bothered about Cannock

looks like the X31 is gonna be saved by Centro & staffordshire county council, in a revised form

i bloody hope they step in and save the x31 its needed!

According to the north walsall councillor, there are going to be talks with Centro during the next few days over the X31!!

the driver on monday said it prob wont go theres been loads of people complaining about it & a councillor is getting involved
