An interesting diversion on the 900 today, which I have just been told about. It was diverting away from the Coventry rd at Sheldon, down Valley Rd, Old Lode Lane. I bet S10 passengers were shocked to see a double decker down Valley Rd, comparded to the usual Solo or occasional e200!

As its been discussed in the unusual workins thread, I dont suppose anybody could give some timings of BC's journeys on the 71, 49, 966 and 50? Thanks

Apparently VIP are out on 966 & 72 tonight

They are out on the 966 seen 2 different vehicles on there (LG02 FEX and  JAZ 5976 i think)

It's not the end yet. A VIP 966 just seen heading in Solihull at hermitage rd.

Central buses operating the 650 tomorrow, free of charge!

according to NWM, all VIP services are suspended...

Note the immaculate wheels where it has not been out in service yet. Stories of it being on 24 earlier in the week are not correct

I saw the back end of a president in Birmingham, by the markets, displaying 31E. Im guessing if it was on the 31 - it was a 'E' due to it only going as far as the markets.

New Full length Plaxton Centro on the 50 today, unable to ID as my photo blurred beyond recognition! It was in a Green/Blue Livery Green Front end Blue back end, might be of interest to someone on here.

Not possible, a vehicle cannot inherit a mark newer than the vehicle itself.

They've done this before with an LGH dart and T51 KLD, although last time I saw T51 KLD it was on the correct bus. And I doubt it would have been a case of putting the wrong plate onto a bus, if they took them off for some reason, as the rear ones were different shapes!

It was definitely a bus from Heathrow saw it myself parked up this morning near the Tesco in Hamstead before it started the days duties.

Ash, it should be quite distinctive, unless it has had the blue vinyls removed

It still has the blue circles on the front and you can see where they've attempted to remove the vinyls in the sides.
