Quote from: BlackCountryBusSpotter on June 13, 2024, 12:16:44 AMThey wouldn't want these anyways.
As for Diamond winning them they have operated them before. Presumably StreetLites and Solo's on the 63, 64 and 65 and Mellor on the 303
No street lites on 63 😂😂 - way too big. An e200 long is too big it's tight round the terminus

Quote from: Rachvince53 on June 07, 2024, 12:49:43 PMYeah I was thinking the same, as Diamond did operate them before. I thought Carolean might take on the 303 as it only needs one bus. As you say, can't imagine NX wanting them. The other possibility is Select or Chaserider but I don't think either have the buses or drivers.
Select defo won't - don't like TfWM area. Chaserider may - they bidded when diamond gave it up last time (but let's go win and took it over)

Quote from: Mayfield on May 25, 2024, 12:10:08 PMThere are 14 vehicles on bus times of which 10 are in use today
13 should be in use today. 4 buses are needed to maintain the 15 minute Saturday service on the 1 but they only have 1 bus out !

Quote from: Tony on May 16, 2024, 09:21:06 PMSo you have no idea of the incident involving 1846 then? If so do you know what happened to the Chaserider vehicle?

The damage that wrote 1846 off was caused by it hitting a stationary object
Yes but 1846's collision was influenced by another vehicle; 641's wasn't.

Quote from: Tony on May 16, 2024, 08:35:17 PMQuite easily.

The driver of 1846 hit a stationary object after being forced off course by a third party
Not that easily done. The Chaserider wasn't influenced by another vehicle into the object whereas 1846 didn't rlly hit a stationary object (by my definition) as it was hit by a 3rd party

Quote from: ntw456 on May 15, 2024, 11:30:29 PMGuessing this was the one that collided with the pub in Burntwood?
It still amazes me how you can hit a stationery object when you're completely fit to drive

Quote from: Wba_lad on May 15, 2024, 10:26:55 AMYes 641 had an accident not expected to be on the road anytime soon, from what I've been told it's got to wait for parts from Egypt.
Bloody hell, Egypt! What was the damage?

Quote from: BlackCountryBusSpotter on May 14, 2024, 01:58:01 PMSN64CVM on the 36 the other B8 is on the 35A so the usual E200 that is usually on the 35A is elsewhere today
#505 on the 60 as #641 is still off the road with RTC damage I think?

Quote from: Jay71 on May 13, 2024, 07:14:16 PMI recently said that this company was a Micky Mouse company. I think I've proved myself right.
Today.....The bus that I was on had a big hole in the bumper. The driver decided to have a change to have a change of route when he entered Wolves City centre.
Was on another BB  last week. Seats look like they had never been cleaned.
On the outside of the bus the top part of a window was shattered & taped over with black tape.
I assume the bus with a whole in the bumper was YX60FUE? Some routes inter work on Banga network (e.g the bus comes into Wton as a 53, goes out as an 81 to maintain frequency).
Cleanliness isn't great but that's reflected in fares; not sure which vehicle you're on about but at least the service is mostly reliable and friendly.
The bus w/ the shattered top part of the window is MX12JXC and has been like that for ages

Quote from: Stu on January 07, 2024, 04:23:43 PMMany smaller operators choose not to paint their buses and leave them 'dealership white', Kevs, Landflight and Solus also spring to mind.

The TfWM Enhanced Partnership document states the following with regards to vehicle livery:
You cannot view this attachment.

If Lets Go choose to keep their vehicles plain white, then as long as they display their logos, then they are doing nothing wrong.
Just looks unprofessional and very tatty. Even a simple livery like Banga's or all red like TE used to looks far better. Also, as they don't clean them (very regularly at all), they consistently look dreadful.

Quote from: B7RLE on January 03, 2024, 09:28:31 PMAre this operator still dodgy with both maintenance and their tactics against NX or have they changed now?
Still dodgy with maintenance. Buses in dealership white and sharing their Dudley Road depot as a car park doesn't set a good impression

Quote from: Mayfield on January 04, 2024, 09:45:11 AMIf Bustimes is correct of the 6 travel Telford vehicles 3 haven't been used for 2 weeks of longer, 2 on Pye Greens and the remaining 1 in Telford, I find that incredible.
543 was back on the 4th after having a new engine, not sure what's up with 538 and 540?
