Oh really because you both have been known to do it at BC... honestly how you're still on this forum is completely beyond me.

So what I didn't do anything wrong on a public footpath what's wrong with taking photos from a public footpath

Tony

End of argument please.

Buses have routine servicing done on pits as well as defects repaired.

The photos I've seen were taken from the street

Perhaps you could shed a bit of light on the 101 branded enviro that's in the engineering bays at BC, engine repairs or? Only reason I ask is I have seen it when going up to Adderley Street in the mornings to pick up my allocated vehicle

don

You certainly used to be able to see the pits area at BC (Liverpool St in my day) from the road outside. Mind you I've got lots of photos taken inside the garage as well (on permitted visits or with ad hoc permission), and judging from the volume of photos on Flickr, other people did as well

Care to elaborate on what part of @don 's post you doubt?

I agree with @don that you *could* see the BC pits many moons ago from the street, indeed, at WA from the end of Carl Street back in the 80's too.

Also, depending upon who you speak to, both permitted and adhoc requested visits would offer a greater visibility.
