Here's a photo of his driving assessment

Westy

Met him once in 1997 when he was parked up in a Beacon Black Thunder on the Royal George car park in Willenhall!

Yes went straight back into service on the 82. Strangely enough a member joined tonight named WN2010?

2010, along with a Signal 107 van, was outside the Nickelodeon Pub in Bentley Bridge at about 11am. There was a special scrolling message on the bottom line of the destination display.

Signal 107? Isn't that The Wolf?

Signal 107? Isn't that The Wolf?

Yes, it was. It changed a few years ago now.

EDIT: Searched it and it was formed on Monday 26 March 2012 after a merger of The Wolf, The Severn and The Wyre. Thanks to Wikipedia.

Same day as Beacon, Brmb, Mercia & Wyvern all became Free, I seem to recall.

Signal started at midday, while Free started at 7pm.

Think we are going abit off topic here.... ;)

126's all over the place today with buses running dead in many places with gaps of 30-45 mins in places. Never recalled it being that bad on a Saturday before?

Also 632 was on the 62 today. Thought it was only 508,554,555,586 and 598 fitted with transponder for the Per ton Bus Link?

508 has the transponder too? 555 broke down today, iirc reading someone's post today.

Heh, welcome. Ah, yeah, thanks. :3 I wonder how 632 managed with the Perton Bus Link, considering it hasn't got a transponder.

That was my thought also Liam :). Also you only ever seem to get a transponder equipped B6 (5** B6's) on a Sunday 62 when the 62A doesn't operate. The 6** B6's rarely operate on Sundays although its easily possible

Also in W'ton today

All 5 unbranded B5's (5510-14) all on the 59 today. First time that's happened in a while :)

WN2010

I would just like to point out that Dicky Dodd does a lot of excellent Charity work for both signal 107 and alongside national express. It was an honour to have a bus named after him after all the excellent work he has done for the city of Wolverhampton over the last 20 years
