632 won't have stayed on the 62 and 62A. Logic says it would have done one 62 which is enough time to find a suitable replacement.

This afternoon in Wolverhampton.

5 Spectra's on the 59 today which is more than usual (4004/9/12/15/22 with 4009 on a late night running board). 
4594 came into W'ton as a 59 on board 59/11 about 16:10 (Late night board) but was put on the 126. 4013 came off board 126/20 (Does a 712 trip and no 126's).Spectra's aren't supposed to be on late night 59's so 4013 was taken off after one trip and swapped with 4545.

4565 has also replaced a Spectra on the 59 this afternoon within the past few hours (4004 was the bus it replaced I think)

So a few buses swapped round this afternoon then :)

As I put in the unusual working thread 4013 was not 'pulled off' the 126 at about 16:10

Also 4582 is sounding quite unhealthy this evening on the 59. Got off it about 10 minutes ago and the engine sounded Knackered


EDIT:i've been informed 1677 was on board 59/10 this morning but must have been swapped as 4012 has been on that board for most of the afternoon.

Yes saw it parked up in the layover space next to the bus station :). I have a feeling 4582 will be taken off at some point tonight. Rode it about half hour go and it felt underpowered and the engine sounded unhealthy

For anybody who may be interested. To my suprise I found out that 632 stayed on 62/62A's all day. It was expected to be replaced with 586 coming off 27's but that also broke down but the drivers had to keep 632 and divert in Perton

I think a bus that needs a new engine would have a replacement engine fitted whilst being serviced/MOT'd?

Suppose they are an expensive item to keep on the shelf, just in case one is needed.
