WHO ACUALY DECIDES WHAT BUSES GET TRANSFERED TO DIFFERENT GARAGES,AND HOW DO THEY CHOOSE WHICH ONES ? JIM

I think transfers are based on what garage has had that bus in the pastor currently have that bus, but not 100% sure

One person at Head office in Digbeth does the vehicle allocations. He is given the PVR for the garages and decides the best way of matching that to the vehicles available
