Yes, also read on a poster on 2079 today. It says basic frequency will be every 40 mins.

I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the lack of turnaround time at Gornal Wood & Merry Hill. Still, every 40 mins, really?

Easy as it does now 2 buses but gives a bit more rest at merry hill as they seem to come in and dart back out to gornal.

That means the times it's due out of Merry Hill and gornal alternate of a 3 hourly basis

Understand the times being different per hour but The 222 is every 45 mins at night, uses two buses it works.. The 297 is a tight running route. Would you rather have a bus thats running late or give the bus more time i.e. from 30 mins to 40 mins to improve reliability without use of a 3rd bus and turns up when timetabled. I wouldn't be surprised if the 246 goes to every 40 minutes at night to help it as it is too a tight running bus when 2 buses are operating it. Its both practical and financially a better idea
