4135 out on 246 today along with 4198, 4200 and 4202. No Enviros for once.

4135 is from Dudley; 11:45, 13:05, 14:25, 15:45, 17:05.

and from Stourbridge; 12:25, 13:45, 15:05, 16:25, 17:45.

No ex YW Tridents in service today, unless one of the 2 buses on the 9 I haven't yet seen is one. (seen 4800, 4807, 4815, 4826)

I assume it will be tomorrow before two extra Tridents are out to give PE the chance to give them the once over, re-programme destination equipment etc

and then two more Mercs should be parked by the portacabins for transfer to Miller Street.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Rode 4135 on the 17:05 from Dudley this afternoon.

It's still Euro 3, but feels much faster than it did before. It seems it received plenty of mechanical attention whilst away. I quite like it now, great sounding retarder as well.

The only thing abnormal I noticed (apart from the large fleetnumber in the cab) was a white box behind the stairs, next to the stopping sign. Looked a bit like a smoke alarm...

Couldnt agree more but if thats all you relied on in tridents in south birmingham then you'd be a bit stuck ;)
