4877 is branded as well seen today on 934/936

Only branded one i saw today. Saw it twice today and i have to say it looks smart :)

Saw a second unidentified one in the middle of nowhere on a 93* route whilst on the 997

Either 934/936 up by the fields just after the Pheasey

4733 and 4736 were out yesterday. I got 4733 home on the 997, and 4736 was on the 935 when I saw it. 4735 is in for refurb

There's a section between Barr Beacon School and the junction of (Beacon Rd and Sutton Road I think) not too sure on the Roads  where its just fields and trees

That is when you are going right over the top of Barr Beacon. From the school, you are going upwards, on Beacon road, there is one farmhouse on the left, which looks like a horse riding school, on the right it is the beacon so there are no buildings on there. Then towards the Sutton Road, there are new houses on the left, then you reach the traffic lights and are in Aldridge

I thought it was between Beacon School - the junction which was just feilds and trees. Then afterwards its houses. I stand corrected

Although you can't see many houses there are actually a fair few just off beacon road in the lanes including a mobile home estate which the 997 now 934 provides a valuable link to

No wonder it lost it's evening & Sunday service!

Then again, sometimes you have to wonder why some routes have the service they do.

When the 997 first started, it was routed via the Barns Lane area in Rushall, while the old 355 served Daw End, with the 357 evening & Sundays instead.

Now the 997 serves Daw End, while the replacement 35 serves Barns Lane, with no evening & Sunday service, prompting complaints from residents.

What does the Aldridge Road section near the Hundred Acre have over the Barr Beacon School route?

Does it have more houses down there?

Why is Bloxwich Road more popular than Somerfield Road in Leamore. Is it because the depot is on the Bloxwich Road route?

This is probably NXWM's best branding yet I would say and ties in nicely with the 33 green, glad to have them on my local routes :)

Agreed, I like what they've done there, like the 51 and X51
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....
