1454 (i think it was) was out on the x51 this evening peak!!

Trident 4609

Today:
Spectra 4004 on the 529
Omnilink 1888 on route 70A
B7RLE 1781 on route 70A
omnilink 1796 on route 77
Omnilink 1898 on route 89
B10L 7127 on route 89.

There was a trident on the 69 today aswell along with a B7RLE. I haven't seen Double deckers on the 69 for ages and it is a bit unusual to see a B7RLE on a saturday on the 69.

Stu

4043 operating on the 31/31A today.

Although Presidents are the usual allocation on these routes, its unusual to see a toothpaste 1-branded bus on anything but the 1 now, seeing as there's only three left (4043, 4046 and 4111, now 4112 is in for repaint!).
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

I've just realised that most of these have already been mentioned, but another one is Trident 4130 is on the 301.

John

And another one!

1845 on the 33.

2063 was on the 256/257 this afternoon having replaced Trident 4310 on that duty.  4310 was seen being towed back to Park Lane along the Penn Road at about half past one, while 2063 operated the 1.35 256 from Wolverhampton.

4005 on the 27, never ever seen that Decker operated before, WN are going through a bit of a funny patch that's for sure

The 935 should have a lot of Omnilinks on for the next few weeks. I saw 5 different ones on on Thursday including 3 ex BC 17xx

Ash

Yeah i was expecting the omnilinks to be used on the 935, thought may be a few tridents might have been allocated to the service as the omnilink i saw today heading into Birmingham was rammed full. Also this may be me not seeing them but havent saw any leather enviro 400's on the X51 for a while now i know some of the gemini's are branded but tridents have been appearing as the extra's peak time workings and i guess not all the leather enviro's are needed for the 997/E and aswell as this the NXWM website provides some slightly in-accurate information about being quality leather seats on the X51

Whats the usual allocation for the 7?

A mix of B7 ALX400s and Gemini's with the odd single deck (usually peaks only).

Trident 4609

yesterday:

B7RLE 2067 on Route 59.
