Routes 222, 243/244 are still mostly B6's. Posslby the 238 but that one I'm not too sure on

Stu

Apparently the 238 used to interchange with the 297 at Merry Hill. I don't think this is possible now, as the 297 doesn't terminate there now.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Correct the 238 and 297 are now on separate running boards. The 238 was rerouted in the Cradley area to make it possible to be run reliably by 4 vehicles.

I spotted Enviro 400 Hybrid 5405 on Route 24 today in the City Centre it was in front of the bus I was on and that was 1947 on the 72E going to Solihull at about 9:40am  ;)
60 Birmingham - Cranes Park
72/72A Solihull Station - Chelmsley Wood
73 Solihull - Heartlands Hospital
X1 Birmingham - Coventry
X2 Birmingham - Solihull Station
A10 Solihull - Cranes Park / Chelmsley Wood

I've seen Hybrids being used on the 24 on a Sunday before, and it is a Sunday service today  ;)

Since the recent changes, I've noticed:
205 remains fully Merc operated (this has been so since its extension to Wall Heath)
222 has begun to see many more Mercs, alongside the B6's, and Enviro 400s on Sundays interworking with the 141.
238 is predomiently B6 operated in the week with occasional Merc and generally fully Merc operated on Sundays - something that I have never understood with the 238, the frequency being the same Mon to Sun and weak B6's struggling up to Rowley Hopsital and again up to Blackheath during the week ???
243/4 being a mixture of B6's, Mercs and the occasional new Volvo, still interchanging at Dudley, and frequently missing or late at busy periods.
276 recently seeing an 'every other mix' between B6's and Mercs, with the very occasional new Volvo - again B6's used on a service which links Dudley to Merry Hill and itself is a cross Merry Hill service :o
297/A mainly Mercs

Like most are saying on here, will be interesting to see what allocation PE will end up with over the next few months.
Long live 4001!

A 72E to Solihull from the City Centre? Sounds like the full 72 to me.

Seems like a silly working. The amount of time it takes to get to Solihull Town Centre, they may as well extend it 30 bloody seconds to the Station lol.

The 222 didn't interwork today when I was at merry Hill about 1500hrs (Sunday service)

I saw 5402 and 5502 on the 24 the other day, looked quite smart.

I've seen 4292, 4089 & 4268 on the 89.
4713 on the 447
I saw an enviro on the 3E the other day.
4431 on the 14, I suppose that can classed as rare considered they are mainly dennis trident operated.
630 on the 45 and 24, with blank route blinds.

Ashley

630 on the 45? That's got to be the best one. 4431 on the 14 isn't reall a rare, it uses a mix of all types of BC Trident, as with the 90 and 97.

Ash

1521 was also seen on the 238 but yesterday 555 was on the 238 dunno wether b6le is the usual allocation on a sunday service
